Initially announced on December 4, 2025 LUMINE GROUP made a cash offer for SYNCHRONOSS TECHNOLOGIES INC of USD 9 per SYNCHRONOSS TECHNOLOGIES INC share held. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on February 13, 2026. Trading in shares of SYNCHRONOSS TECHNOLOGIES INC is expected to be halted effective February 13, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SYNCHRONOSS TECHNOLOGIES INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SYNCHRONOSS TECHNOLOGIES INC (SNCR.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 13/02/2026
